Chicago Area Funerals, Memorial Services, and Interments

Planning a funeral happens when we least expect it. Perhaps you find yourself planning an out of town service and you do not have a pastor or priest to call.

For a sensitive, compassionate and comforting service,

please call Pastor Jane.

She offers gentle, thoughtful guidance and brings many years of experience in caring for hurting people.

Mission

Pastor will carefully gather memories and stories about the deceased, asking kind questions as she gets to know the family members. She will offer suggestions on the service elements,

and then craft a loving eulogy.

Whether you desire a Faith-Based or Secular service, Pastor Jane honors you and your loved one with a service of hope.

"We thought Pastor Jane

was a member of the family.

Her stories about our friend were so real,

and her presence so loving."

Vision

The Pastor / Officiant is traditionally in charge of:

  • Coordinating with key family members via phone, email, virtually, or in person

  • Helping gather information about the deceased, to create a fitting tribute

  • Officially eulogizing the person who died

  • Expressing prayers

  • Inviting guests to any occasions after the funeral service (including an entombment or burial at a cemetery, the scattering of ashes or the reception). Often, the funeral directors help with this part.

Pastor Jane offers funeral and graveside services in the following Illinois Counties:

Cook, DuPage, Lake, Grundy, and McHenry Counties, or wherever she is needed in Wisconsin or Indiana.
